SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at 16percent.co. Following are the terms and conditions that
constitute our Delivery Policy.

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

Ninjavan & Lalamove

We ship all over West Malaysia & East Malaysia using Ninjavan & Lalamove as our Courier Service. We will soon open for worldwide courier.

Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, you need to add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

16percent.co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We do provide international shipping, please kindly contact hello@16percent.co to get international shipping rate. Estimate shipment charges range from RM 50.00 – RM 300.00.

All items are tracked by our courier service. If your item is missing, please email us at info@16percent.co to help us find your missing item as soon as possible.
